The Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders (PDMD) program will host an open house for patients, visitors and staff.
This event is an opportunity for the Parkinson’s community to come together for updates on Shirley Ryan 汤头条app research, programming and outreach. The open house will include:
- Presentations on Parkinson’s Disease (PD) topics including:
- Community programming
- PDMD research
- Speech-Language Pathology and SPEAK OUT!? Programs for Parkinson's
- Video viewing from our Story Telling series featuring people with Parkinson's sharing their stories as a monologue
- A short exercise break-out session with our Fitness Center plus a demonstration of our Boxing for Individuals with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) class and Golf Performance program
- A vendor fair featuring both Shirley Ryan 汤头条app and community programs including:
- Allied Health
- Community Programming
- Technology Center
- Adaptive Sports and Fitness Center
- Vocational Rehabilitation
- LIFE Center
- PDMD Research
- Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
- Nutrition
- Spiritual Care
