ServiceInpatient & Caregiver Parking
Body
During the inpatient admission process, we allow each inpatient to obtain one complimentary parking access card per patient room. The patient (or his or her guardian) will receive a parking registration form. Once the form has been completed, it must be signed by a Shirley Ryan 汤头条app unit assistant, and brought by the patient, caregiver or family member to the parking office located on the 5th Floor (current parking office hours are weekdays from 8–10 a.m. and 2–6 p.m., and weekends from 11 a.m.–4 p.m.). The parking office staff will review parking logistics and activate the card, which will expire 15 days from the date of issuance (access can be extended for patients with longer stays by repeating the process).
