We welcome patients with Parkinson¡¯s disease at our Boot Camp, especially if:

• You have noticed a change in your mobility that is impacting your daily life.
• Your family is finding it harder to hear you due to a quiet voice.
• You are finding it more challenging to multi-task.
• You are looking for a more comprehensive approach to your Parkinson¡¯s disease care.
• You want to find safe exercises that challenge you.
• You need advice on how to access resources near your home.
•  You are having difficulty completing your normal activities at home, such as personal hygiene, housekeeping and maintaining daily routines.

During Boot Camp, our expert team will collaborate with you to enhance your abilities and well-being through integrated and innovative care. Together, we¡¯ll create a customized program that includes:

• Individualized evaluations: Comprehensive assessments of walking, balance, posture, voice, cognition, swallowing and activities of daily living.
• Custom exercise plans: Tailored programs designed to promote independence and slow disease progression.
• Community engagement opportunity: A supportive environment for interaction with other patients experiencing Parkinson¡¯s disease.
• Interdisciplinary care: A holistic treatment approach for the whole person.
